PAYMENT TERMS:
Open accounts in good standing: Net 30 days. Cash in Advance, MasterCard and Visa are accepted.
FREIGHT:
Prices are FOB Liberty Brush (Shakopee, MN) or origin. Please inquire about freight paid orders. If the ship to address is residential on freight paid orders there will be an additional residential fee, imposed by the shipping company, added to the invoice. Qualifying shipments to locations outside the Continental United States will be prepaid to Port of Embarkation. Liberty Brush reserves the right to choose carriers on all prepaid shipments.
RETURNS:
All returns of stock merchandise not due to Liberty Brush error will be subject to a 20% restocking charge.
Requests for returns must be made to our Customer Service Department within 30 days of receiving the product. A Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number must be obtained for all returns. Ownership of merchandise is transferred to the customer when it leaves our premises. Claims for goods damaged in shipment must be made directly with the carrier.
Special order items may not be cancelled or returned.
NOTES:
All orders accepted are subject to our ability to procure the necessary raw materials. We reserve the right to substitute products of equal quality and value if necessary.
