BRISTLE SELECTION:

The full complement of bristle patterns and selections that we provide are shown on the previous pages.

We offer a full range of bristle choices ranging from soft to stiff and everything in between of nylons, polypropylenes, wire, grit and natural fibers.

When determining bristle types consider the following factors: speed, down pressure, choice of chemicals to be used, soil level and floor conditions.

The following chart is a helpful guide that shows types of bristles typically used on the described floors. Use chart as a reference. Liberty Brush is not responsible for damage done to floors when the wrong product is used for the application.

PATTERN SELECTION:

DOUBLE ROW DESIGN

This design is the most popular brush design. The design allows for constant contact of bristles on the surface, while the spacing provides increased vacuum efficiency and more versatile pick-up characteristics.

PATROL BRUSH
This design is typically a double or triple row herringbone pattern with greater spacing in between the rows. The design enhances sweeping of light debris and litter at high speeds.

Typically available in Nylon only, Liberty Brush also offers this design in Proex or Proex and wire

FULL FILL or HIGH DENSITY

This is a single row design giving the brush a very full look. It is most effective in heavy dust conditions with fine debris and no litter. Indoor sweeping in concrete plants or bakeries would find this pattern ideal.
